I made this Collage, of the Factionless symbol that was worn on their Sleeves. In the Allegiant Movie.
And as you can see it's not the same as the Factionless Symbol in the books (Which is a "Circle")
What do you think the movie versions Symbol symbolises?
And what does it look like to you?
I was thinking maybe it's like an industrial thing, Or/Plus it kind of looks like a wheel (Or the top bit of a Windmill) Maybe it's representing, "Making things go round" "making things work" - Like the Factionless is what keeps thinks going round, and the Factionless do the most work?
What are your further thoughts? on this?
And which Factionless Symbol do you prefer?
- The Book one? (The Circle)
- Or the Movie one? (This one here)
***
... One this I only just noticed is that, this symbol is also in Insurgent, I used to this this symbol was designed for and at the time of Allegiant.
I took the picture - I only noticed it the other day.
This was right at the end of Insurgent, I wonder if it was suppose to be an ester egg for the next movie?
Spoilers for Allegient. I don't think it's needed but anyway.
So, actually, in a silly conversation between myself and Strawb in the THG wiki, I realized what could be a pretty big plot hole. At the end of Allegiant, where Tris breathes in the vaporized Death Serum (correct?), it affects her, i.e. it kills her. But, Divergents are supposed to be immune to serums. What am I missing? Or is this a plot hole?
*disclaimer, this is not my “big post”*
Many, many, years ago, I remember seeing Allegiant at my school library (this was like in elementary school.) Anyways I saw Allegiant, and I had never read it before, I knew nothing about the Divergent series, and I saw the airport on the cover. I immediately thought the book had something to do with Allegiant airlines lol. Well 7 years later I met Allegiant again, and actually read, it and found out it was not about Allegiant airlines lol!
Spoilers obviously:
Well I have finished Allegiant last night! The ending was so bittersweet, and I love the zipline scene. I’m really sad that Tris didn’t die in the film, because it’s such a big plot of the story. At some point soon I will watch Allegiant btw even if it’s a waste of time. Anyways it was such a good book! I have officially decided that Allegiant is my favorite book in the series.
Btw I was crying so hard last night.
We Can Be Mended: Ok uhh… I had the impression that We Can Be Mended was at the end of my Allegiant copy but I guess not… I thought so because at the end it said We mend each other. Anyways I loved the epilogue, and I cannot wait to read we can be mended!
What did y’all think about Allegiant?
Spoilers for Allegiant I guess…
Well Tris died… Honestly I knew it would happen because of spoilers but I didn’t know how. I hate David know. Last night I was sobbing myself to sleep so today I decided to make a memorial for Tris. I copied this from this link.

Tris's obituary
We mournfully announce the passing of Beatrice "Tris" Prior, 16, of Dauntless. Tris passed away on October 22, after a hard-fought battle with death.Tris, born to Natalie and Andrew Prior, took her first breath on April 25, 2307. Tris was a force to be reckoned with from the get-go, graduating from [name of high school].While Tris never married, she lived a full and vibrant life with more friends than you could count. her nephews and nieces meant more to her than words can describe.Services will be held at Abnegation Baptist Church on October 30, at 10:30 A.M.
Goodbye Tris 😢
Abnegation: Harry Potter; He did a lot of selfless stuff.
Amity: Zoe from Allegiant; In my opinion she is pretty kind.
Candor: Oscar from the office; He speaks his opinion, and he gives me Candor vibes.
Dauntless: Bella Swan; She may seem Erudite at first, but then you realize she’s really a Dauntless!
Erudite: Glimmer from the Hunger Games; Glimmer is technically Dauntless, because she is a career, and she was brave to volunteer for the Hunger Games, but if you really think about it she was Erudite. She was smarter than people thought, and was manipulative, cunning, and sneaky as well as sly for almost sneaking a weapon into the arena. She acted like a dumb blonde, when in reality she was a deadly competitor who is more similar to Foxface than you think. I feel if the tracker jackers hadn’t killed her she would have manipulated the other careers and lasted much longer.
Please share your ideas!
I just red Allegiant in the chapter that Uriah died, and I am so sad…
Anyways I just noticed something. Basically a lot of people in the series are dying, like an insane amount. Only a few of the major characters are still alive… idk about you, but this seems pretty insane.
I haven’t finished Allegiant yet, but am I the only one who loves Allegiant? I may not love it as much as Divergent, but I like it probably 100% more than Insurgent. I know a lot of people don’t like Allegiant because of the ending, but I have read about half way so far, and I love it! I love finding out about the bureau and the experiments and all that stuff and it’s really relaxing. Does anyone else really love Allegiant?

Lol I don’t wanna explain, so comment below and tell me if this makes sense.
2019: Divergent
2020: Insurgent
2021: Allegiant
2017: Four
2026: We Can Be Mended
I had this thought for a while but couldn’t think of a post idea, so that’s all I got 😂
But yeah like imagine if they were both were both still alive and they were trying to stop them from going through the fence ect.
And witnessed the “Down with the Factions” stuff. They would HATE it
No ones talked about it this, like no one missed them or remembered they are no longer in it anymore 😂
