I just noticed this: on the poster (down below) it shows Tris and Four on top of some sort of building? (Correct me If I'm wrong.) So I just noticed, Tris is standing up, because she isn't afraid of heights. But Four, he is crouching because heights is one of the things he was afraid of. So, was this accidental, or they did this on purpose?

In this story I am babysitting a little girl (6) and her older brother (about 10) for the sake of the story I will be calling the little girl Mia (not her real name, calm down).

Okay so a few days ago I was babysitting my neighbor's kids while they had an appointment. Mia came up with the idea to jump off of the couch multiple times and it was my job to catch her. If she touched the floor then she got a point and if I caught her than I got a point. (if that doesn't make sense let me know and I'll explain in the comments).

Anyways so she is leaping off HEAD FIRST towards the ground! And Mia is really small for a six year old (kinda looks 4) and SHE IS LIKE DIVING TOWARDS THE FLOOR AND IS TRUSTING ME TO CATCH HER. A few times she almost hit her head on the railing by the stairs and almost fell on the hardwood floor but she kept doing it.

And this whole time I'm think that Mia is a true Dauntless Warrior for trusting to catch her and being brave enough to do this. Am I'm over here catching her thinking about what a proud Dauntless member I am. Like Mia has no fear! I was so proud!

(Not that she knows what Divergent or Dauntless is cause she is too young to see a PG-13 movie or read the books.)

I was on my bed in the dark, watching a tv show. I turned it off cause I got hungry. It was basically pitch black in my room (cause I was too lazy to turn on the light) My 2 dogs were smashing my legs. And another note I had a ton of stuff on my floor.

I got up, managed to jump over my dog (who was getting up) and landed on my floor without hitting anything while screaming DAUNTLESS!!!!!

(It was soooooooooooooo fun! Sorry it was such a random story but I had to share it)

A question that bothers me is that in the movies they refer to the fence as a wall. It definitely does look like a wall because it is very tall and long. In the books does the fence look more like a wall, but for some reason people call it a fence?

So here is my unpopular opinion, I'm sorry if I offend anyone by saying this but...

Christina is annoying.

I just didn't like her in the series, to me she was more of a annoying then funny person. Im ok with Movie Christina because she is kind of different then in the books. But There Is just something about book Christina that I dont like and I think is annoying.

What do y'all think?

I recently watched all three movies in one night lol. Then i decided to read the books again. I'm reading Divergent for the third time but i realized how bad the movies are. I mean i already knew that some parts were missing but i didn't realize how different and illogical some scenes are. I think the first movie was the most accurate adapted one from the book. Here are a few things on my mind:

1- Tris and Four had more communication in the book. We understand that they like each other in a romantic way. In the movie, it was kinda sudden for me. They had a few moments and then bam! They kissed.

2- Four is tougher in the movie. In the book Four is laughing and smiling more often, gentler, kinder. Sometimes i can't imagine Theo James as Four when i read. Tris has more vulnerable moments in the book. After the simulations, after fighting exc. But in the movie after she took a beating she is running after the train with a light bruise around her eye. (in the second movie, her fear of using guns and her emotional trauma wasn't adapted good enough she was more like a machine. And the box thing was just nonsense to me but maybe i will do insurgent book vs movie later)

3- We can see how Tris comes and goes between Abnegation and Dauntless. She always thinks that her parents wouldn't approve her clothes, her tattooes and her actions.

4- I think the fear landscape thing is complicated in the book. You should slow your heartbeat and regularize your breathing or go over your fear. It's said that if she changes the simulation, they will figure out that she is a divergent. But she changes almost every simulation in the final stage. And then she takes the first place in the rankings. It doesn't make sense to me. This is one of the things i like better in the movie. You should find a way to survive.

I am still reading Divergent. Maybe i do some updates later on. Tell me your opinions please. I know there are lots of other differences but for now these are the ones that come to my mind. Btw English is not my first language so if i made a mistake im sorry :)
