I’ve decided to make this post since fandom decided not to! Anyways, June is pride month, and I’ve decided to use this time to celebrate LGBTQ+ characters in the Divergent series!

YA novels haven’t always been diverse with the LGBTQ+ community, however the Divergent series has a lot more diversity than other dystopian novels. It has a variety of different ethnic backgrounds, and sexualities.

1. Amar and George

Amar and George are a less-common type of LGBTQ+ characters in typical books. Instead of almost normalizing the relationship, it is actually shown that these relationships are still frowned upon in these fictional worlds (ie: the bureau not being very accepting of the relationship).

2. Lynn

Lynn also showed a more normalized LGBTQ+ character in fictional series, showing her bravery of accepting her feelings to Marlene, but she is still nervous which I can see differs to series such as THG.

Due to personal reasons, I will not be able to be as active on Fandom anymore. I am unfollowing any busy posts, like the OT, etc.

I will still be writing Mind Games, until I permanently leave, which I plan to do sometime in May.

Hello everyone! I am here to announce that on the wiki pages I am adding ages to the actors, as a few had some but now all. I am updating the ages, and here I will add some birthdays. So please, if you can, check the pages for the actors, and make sure their birthday and age are correct. This is important, but also a big task which is why I am announcing it. I have already done many of them, so y’all won’t have to do much.

Hello everyone! I have not been promoted to admin yet, but Emmy said I will soon when the fandom staff hours are back! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this amazing wiki, and all of your hard work you have accomplished. I would personally like to thank @EliasTheNerd for his amazing work in editing pages. I would love it if you replaced me as content mod! I would also like to thank @EmmyAnimal and @Yeahsure19 for being welcoming co-workers and friends since I first joined this wiki last year! I would also like to thank @BookwormFangirl101 @Acciocookies and @Lvsoul for making this wiki an even more fun place! And last but not least I will thank @StrawberryyLemonade @IiBrightNight @ChoerryBlossoms @WinterT @Meeperdoodle3 and Elias which I mentioned above for listening to my encouragements on THG wiki and joining!

I am glad that I got some people from THG wiki to migrate here, and I hope for more to come!

As admin of Divergent wiki, I will help Emmy advertise this wiki in some way and encourage people to join. I have an entire blueprint plan on goals I want to achieve.

1: I want this wiki to be as active as THG wiki or even more within 2 years.

2: I want to invite a diverse group to this wiki, and I also want people to stay and not just make 1 post.

3: I want to encourage people to read the Divergent series so they can join this wiki!

4: I want the wiki pages and some other things to be fixed up and for some other things that can be added to make the wiki look nicer. With Emmy and Yeahsure’s help it will be much easier.

5: I want Emmy if she can to adopt the wiki, and there are also some things she wanted to change as well.

I hope for the Divergent wiki to return to its former glory or even more! This is my overall favorite community, and I want everyone to know that I will forever cherish this amazing place!

Table. With knife or bread. A voice yelling, commanding to choose. Cheese. Then dog growling and barking. Smells fear. Squats to seem smaller. Dog licks face. Girl sees dog and thinks cute puppy. Screaming No! and grabbing dog, feed cheese; dog cannot reach girl. Scene change. Guy on bus. Asking if this person is known. It is bad to reveal that information. No. Guy repeats. No. Angrily repeats again. It is not smart to reveal that person in newspaper is known. No. Then darkness.

So that was the aptitude test for Nathanial "Thane" (last name tbd). The above was my interpretation of when a non-Divergent took takes the test. It feels like a dream. It was extremely hard to write that without mentioning explicitly the subject of the test. Soooo anyway I will post a chapter every couple days, more or less. If I go a week without posting a chapter, ping me in the ot post or one of these because it probably means I lost motivation.

As a contest of sorts, give ideas for Thane's last name! He is Amity-born, and the purposes of this fanfic need it to be something obviously Amity. Not something silly like "Peace" or "Calm". And funnily enough, not "Farmer" because when last names were given by occupation, "Farmer" meant tax collector. If someone could find the last name for true farmers, that would be awesome!

Also, one more thing, tell me if you want to be pinged in future Mind Games posts.

Well for me maybe… I won’t reveal it just yet, and it could strike at any moment. My next post will likely be the big post. Also I’m going to say the word Divergent so this doesn’t get locked.

I took the Factions test (again) and got Candor. The first time was Candor, then Dauntless, now Candor once more. Therefore, I suppose I am a Candor!⚖

So a few weeks ago I noticed on my kindle app where I have samples of the books, the covers were divergent- they look really cool.

And only realised just now that it’s because they’re a “10 year Anniversary edition” released or to be released

This is exciting. I only discovered the books like two years ago but still this is epic.

The new editions have new bonus material

(I wish I could buy the bonus stuff separately as I don’t really need the books anymore)

But still thought this was cool and HAD to share

(If it included ALL bonus material from ALL editions of the books I’d buy it, since there’s so much that is rare, including deleted scenes I’d probably never be able to read :( )

So, this was inspired by my sis @Broadway Blackthorn1234 who started off this chain with a Giant Percy Jackson RP wiki. In it, everything is an RP. There are unlimited OCs. There are cabins, campfires, everything. It's amazing. There's also a Shadowhunters one. If you want the links, let me know!
