The book said Edward beat Drew within an inch of his life. Since the hospitals were presumably closed by the city wide civil war (not that he could have reached them anyway), Drew probably perished.
But in all likeliness, Drew probably died.
Myra broke up with Edward, maybe because she couldn't stand that he murdered someone in cold blood.
There isn't any indication in the books ... but oh boy would it be awsome if this turned out to be true!
How stubborn of you
^I must agree with that opinion about the quote.
OT: In my opinion it is more likely that he died, there are injuries that don't kill you, but trying to live on with them does, by weakening you gradually and/or stopping you from doing things that help you survive. Or of course it doesn't kill you within the time we saw Drew after he was injured, but it does very soon after. But...it's not 100% unlikely he survived, and since there isn't a confirmed end I suppose we're free to have our own theories...Since Drew is apparently not among the Dauntless-apt people who consider dying as better than being Factionless, I imagine he'd prefer surviving in this case too, so...yeah I'll just hope for that because the fact that there's a whole lot of horrible things about a person is obviously not a convincing reason for me to wish them suffering and...*continues to rant about Amity manifesto*
