Hey KC! I need help editing the welcome message. It is curently linked to Bonestudios15's user page. As they are in-active it is un helpful to new users who need to ask for help. I'm having trouble linking it to another user. I've read the help pages at Community Central but I'm still having trouble. Hopefully you can help :)
Administrators already possess the perms of those groups, so adding them would be redundant. :p
I've been here on the Divergent Wiki for a while, but I think my time to resign as an admin is drawing near, honestly. I'll stay behind as long as needed if you need help, though – and thank you for your kind words. c:
Hi! The aptitude test on the front page is not working anymore. I wanted to do it, so I went ahead and looked online for one. I found one on what I think is the official website. I can give you the link if you would like. K that's all. Bye for now.
Hey KCCreations! I'm Jamie from FANDOM's Community Development team! I letft a similar message in forums that you may have seen. I'm not sure if we ever asked you guys if you are interested in turning on the Discussions feature for the Divergent community and migrating the Threaded Forums across as well.
In case you are unaware of the feature (which you probably are, but here's here's the spiel just in case), Discussions was introduced last year to help communities engage with users and fans. It lives in its own space on the wiki and allows users to interact with other members of the community. It is also mobile friendly and gives mobile users a chance to contribute and engage with the community, and possibly turn them into wiki editors as well. Discussions also links with our FANDOM Apps, which this community has and it allows app users to easily take part in Discussions as well. You can read more about Discussions here.
For more information on migrating forums to Discussions, you can check out this blog over on Community Central that explains everything in detail.
If you have some concerns, Discussions, and Forums can exist side-by-side in case you do not want to migrate just yet. However, eventually all Forums will be migrated over to Discussions and Forums will be sunsetted as a feature, so getting ahead of the curve is never a bad idea.
Feel free to have an open discussion about this, and I'm available for any questions you might have. Have a good one!
I'm alright with enabling Discussions here, personally – though I don't believe the Forums should be migrated just yet. In any case, I've re-highlighted the community thread so others may add additional input.
Hey KC! I've gone ahead and enabled Discussions here on the wiki. I've also put the request in to have them enabled in the app, that always takes longer, but the request is in! Thanks and happy Friday!
Hi, my name is Dakot and I first read Divergent when I was in fourth grade and have been regulary re-reading the series. I would like to become an administrator for this wiki but no one seems to check the 'ask an administrator thread.' I have writen many fanfic of the Divergent series and am writing one now. I ask that you please respond by either commenting on my message board or e-mailing me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
I do not have the power to promote admins here, but seeing as everyone on the current team – including myself – has been really inactive, I'd be okay with someone else adopting this place. Just make sure you meet all the guidelines on the afore-linked page, and good luck with the future. :)
Heya there, are you adopting this wikia or not and if not I will be interested in helping out. If you want it Book you could do this wikia and I could do the fanon. The two wikias are a mess and I feel kinda sad for them, hope all ends well!
"Content" is what you want the tag to say, "color" is the color of the text, "border-radius" is how much the box is rounded, and "background" is the color of the box. Not quite sure what "margin" and "padding" do though.
